Fancy Pants Adventure 2 is the second installment in this adventure game series developed by Brad Borne with sound design by Geier Arnold.
When you begin stage 1, you’ll be given a summary of the game’s plot. You were just been given a very tasty ice cream cone when suddenly, a giant rabbit steals it then jumps down a hole to escape. Angered because of this, you’re determined to jump down the hole yourself and look for the rabbit underground.
A new type of enemy are the snails that when jumped on will retract into their shells in which case you can then either kick the shell or throw it away. Other enemies such as spiders and gun-wielding rats will be stunned when jumped on and you have to kick them to defeat them.
In the second game, the terrain has also become a very big obstacle for you as sometimes you have to move underground while other times you have to deal with the terrains high above as well as constantly moving elevators that are meant to get in your way. When you finally face off against the boss giant rabbit, it has the ability to call forth spiders, snails... in order to stop you. You can’t jump on the giant rabbit as it won’t get damaged by that. You’ll have to jump on the snail and then kick or throw the shell at the giant rabbit to damage it.
This game also has a few other interesting things such as having 6 trophies and 6 pants colors that you have to find and unlock over the course of the game.
