Red Ball 4 Volume 1 is the first part of the fourth game in this puzzle action game series developed by Evgeniy Fedoseev.
The plot in this game is that Red Ball realizes that there is a square Black Ball who is capturing Red Ball’s citizens and turning them all into squares so that they will join his side. Your objective here is to overcome the challenges, defeat the square Black Ball and stop his evil scheme.
This game has a total of 15 levels, each with its own unique challenges. Similar to the first 3 games, your goal here is to maneuver the red ball across treacherous terrains, challenges, obstacles, traps on the way and safely reach the end flag.
What’s different in this game is that in each level, you have 3 hit points and you’ll have to face off against square black balls. If you touch them then you’ll lose 1 hit point and if you lose all your hit points then its game over. When you begin a new level, your hit points will return.
You can defeat the square Black Balls by either jumping on their heads or by using the wooden crates, boulders... to squash them.
The game also has an achievement system with 16 different ones for you to get.
Sometimes, small flags will appear in the levels that act as your save points. It helps you continue at the spot that you save when you die to prevent you from having to replay from the beginning.
